Accessing Events via Zoom
Sign up for and download Zoom (it's free). Once you have this on your computer, tablet, or smart phone, click on the AZG meeting link below to attend the events of your choice at its scheduled time. When you go to a ‘meeting’ you will first arrive in a virtual waiting room, and all will be able to enter at the same time.
Best practices for participating in an online meeting:
- Enter the meeting with your mic muted
- During interactive meetings, we will all get used to signaling with palms together the wish to speak, opening our mic, closing the mic after speaking (this makes for a non-echo experience).
For people joining by traditional telephone, the following commands can be entered using the phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:
*6 - Toggle mute/unmute
*9 - Raise hand
To join any of the AZG events from a PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android:

*Zoom allows people to call in, though I am hearing that their audio system is overwhelmed with activity, so it is not reliably available.
